Be Careful:
Ensure Your Home Is In Your Name

Buying your house on contract can be risky. Even though you have signed the contract with your seller, the property may not be in your name. In many cases the contract may not even be filed. Most contract buyers don't realize that even though they make their payments on time, they can still lose their home if the seller defaults on his or her mortgage payment.

Another disadvantage to buying on contract is that you are not building your credit with the credit bureau. Sellers are not required to report your payment history and most do not.

Let us refinance your contract, get your home in your name and start building the credit you deserve.
